Product description
The ‘End’ Passito Dolcetto by Fratelli Aimasso is an elegant sweet wine crafted from overripe Dolcetto grapes grown in the heart of Piedmont. The late harvest allows the grapes to develop concentrated sugars and aromas, creating a rich and expressive wine. The bouquet reveals intense and persistent notes of cherry, black cherry, and ripe strawberry, enhanced by a gentle hint of spice and warmth.
On the palate, the wine offers a perfect balance of sweetness and structure, with smooth, velvety tannins that preserve the elegance of the Dolcetto grape. The texture is round and silky, with a long and harmonious finish where ripe fruit and subtle spice intertwine. With its depth and complexity, the ‘End’ Passito Dolcetto has an excellent ageing potential, gaining even more character and refinement over time.
This unique wine pairs beautifully with chocolate-based desserts, dry pastries, or blue cheeses, and is also ideal as a meditation or dessert wine to be enjoyed on its own. Serve slightly chilled to appreciate its full aromatic richness and enveloping flavor.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
