The Nebbiolo d’Alba Paradi’ DOC 2022 is a red wine from Piedmont, Italy, made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, hand-picked from vineyards with coarse sand and sandstone soil. It’s traditionally vinified in steel tanks at 28-30 °C for 15 days, with malolactic fermentation, and aged for 12 months in barrique barrels. With its ruby-red color and 14% alcohol, this wine captures the strength and finesse of this famous region.
Its scent is a surprising blend of roses and spices, an aroma that shows elegance and character. The bouquet invites you to explore what this wine has to offer. After 12 months of aging in barriques, it gains a warm, deep layer that pairs perfectly with the natural freshness of the Nebbiolo grape.
On the tongue, the Paradi’ feels full, rounded, and strong, with a well-balanced structure that lingers. With a dry extract of 30 g/l and total acidity of 5.30 g/l, it’s firm yet harmonious. It goes wonderfully with rich main dishes like roasts or well-matured cheeses. Serve it at 16-18 °C in a Bordeaux bottle with a natural cork.
