The Filari Alti is a special red natural wine made from 100% Dolcetto grapes, coming from Montaldo Bormida in the Piemonte region. This wine, harvested in 2022, mixes old traditions with a modern style. After natural fermentation, it aged for months in oak and chestnut barrels, giving it a rich taste with lots of character and depth. It goes very well with dishes like risotto, ravioli, and meat.
With an alcohol level of 14% vol. and only 9 mg/l of total SO2, the Filari Alti shows the pure taste of the Dolcetto grape. The low amount of sulfite keeps the wine natural and fresh without losing quality. This makes it a special choice for people who love natural wines and want something real and well-made.
For the best taste, serve this wine at a temperature between 18° and 20°C. The Filari Alti is not just nice to drink; it also honors the winemakers of Piemonte. You can taste their care and hard work in this strong and versatile wine, which beautifully captures the charm of the region.
