'Cento+' Vino Rosso is a natural wine made from Dolcetto and Barbera grapes. The name refers to the age of the San Nicolao vineyard, which has been cultivated by the family for generations. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, and vinification is carried out without any oenological additives. Fermentation and aging take place with minimal intervention and an extremely low total sulfite content.
