This package lets you discover Weingut Keber Kolling from every angle. Andrea, Christoph and Jonathan Kolling have farmed organically for three generations in Sommerloch on the Nahe: no herbicides, no synthetic pesticides, living soils full of flowering herbs between the vines. Six bottles from sandstone, slate and loess, ECOVIN-certified and 100% vegan.

The name delivers on its promise. Made to drink cold, enjoy outside and simply make you happy. A fresh, aromatic white blend fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Light yellow and clear in the glass with fruity aromas and a pleasantly saline Nahe character. On the palate light, juicy and easy to drink. With pasta, salads, antipasti or as an aperitif on the terrace. Serve at 8-10°C.

1x Sommer Chiller Rosé — Rosé · 11.5% · €11.80 per bottle
The joyful rosé counterpart to the white Sommer Chiller, in beautiful raspberry red. Same philosophy, a different colour and an extra fruity dimension. Clear raspberry red in the glass with aromas of cherry and strawberry. On the palate pleasantly fruity, fresh and light. As a spritzer with a splash of mineral water, it's a real treat. With light summer salads, grilled vegetables or a board of fresh cheeses. Serve chilled at 8-10°C.

Straightforward, juicy and spicy, exactly how a good Nahe Riesling should be. From the Sommerlocher Steinrossel and Roxheimer Berg, spontaneously fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Clear and light yellow in the glass with a mineral, spicy and fresh profile of citrus and yellow apple. On the palate juicy and grippy with lively acidity. With Asian dishes, seafood, risotto or as an aperitif. Serve at 9-11°C.

1x Weissburgunder 2025 — White · Ca. 13% · €12.50 per bottle
A balanced and fine Pinot Blanc from the organic Nahe vineyards. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Clear and light yellow in the glass with stone fruit, subtle floral accents and a light minerality. On the palate fresh and smooth, with a pleasant dry finish and good balance. With light pasta, poultry, fresh cheeses or as an aperitif. Serve at 10-12°C.

1x Würzer Spätlese 2025 — White · Ca. 10-11% · €12.50 per bottle
The most popular wine of the estate, and that comes as no surprise. A particularly aromatic grape variety, harvested late for extra ripeness, fermented in stainless steel. Clear and light to golden yellow in the glass with a powerfully spicy and aromatic profile of exotic fruit and a pleasantly sweet impression. On the palate fruity-sweet with mild acidity. With spicy Asian food, desserts or aged cheeses. Serve at 8-10°C.

1x Spätburgunder 'Alte Reben' 2022 — Red · Ca. 13% · €18.90 per bottle
The absolute top wine of the estate, from old vines with deliberately reduced yields for maximum concentration. Aged 24 months in new barriques of Palatinate oak. Deep ruby red in the glass with aromas of ripe cherry, blackberries, vanilla, cocoa and fine spice. On the palate full and elegant, with ripe, finely integrated tannins and a complex, long finish. With game, beef fillet, lamb or aged hard cheeses. Allow at least one hour to breathe before pouring. Serve at 16-18°C.
