The Kreation Nero Rotwein Trocken is an elegant, deep red wine with a broad palette of spicy aromas and a refined structure. The nose reveals notes of blackcurrant, cassis and subtle hints of chocolate and tobacco. The wine offers a full, persistent palate with a fine tannic structure and a long, harmonious finish.
This special cuvée is composed of Lemberger, Dornfelder, Spätburgunder and four other carefully selected grape varieties. After an 8- to 14-day fermentation on the skins, the wine matures for 12 months in wooden barrels, contributing to its deep complexity and velvety texture. The unfiltered bottling keeps the wine's character pure and authentic.
Kreation Nero Rotwein Trocken is perfect with game dishes such as venison with blackberry sauce, as well as with a delicate celery salad. For the optimal taste experience, it is recommended to decant the wine and serve at a temperature of 16 to 17 degrees.
