This sekt is created from carefully selected Riesling grapes from the steep slopes around Kinheim, where the slate soils provide tension, freshness and a recognisable minerality. In the cellar, the wine is given plenty of time to develop into a classic, refined sect with a lively character.
In the glass, it shows a fine, persistent mousse and brightness. The aroma is fresh and inviting, with notes of green apple, citrus and a subtle hint of peach.
