The RUBiN Cuvée 2021 represents the red wine signature of Weingut Habersack and captures the character of Burgenland beautifully. Built around Blaufränkisch and complemented by St. Laurent and Zweigelt, part of the wine matured in European oak, adding depth, structure and refinement.
In the glass it reveals a shimmering ruby garnet colour. The aroma is precise and expressive, showing ripe red fruit, lively acidity and subtle notes of fine wood spice. On the palate the wine is elegant and well balanced, with juicy fruit, polished tannins and a long, persistent finish.
Awarded 90 points by Falstaff, this cuvée pairs wonderfully with dishes featuring earthy flavours. It shines alongside beetroot risotto, mushroom dishes or refined vegetarian cuisine. A serious yet approachable red wine that rewards patience and craftsmanship in every sip.
