Hof Breitenstein's Das Projekt - Merlot Rosé Feinherb 2023 from the Nahe is a modern and playful rosé that shows how versatile Merlot can be. The project character of this wine highlights the experimental and creative side of the winery, interpreting classic grapes in a fresh way.
On the nose, expressive aromas of strawberry, raspberry and red currant open up, complemented by subtle floral notes and a hint of citrus.
