At the end of May, we welcome Fabien from Hautbois Champagne for an exclusive two-day masterclass. From the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry (Montagne de Reims), he will take you on a unique Champagne journey that dates back five generations.
The estate manages just 8 hectares of vineyards, where they cultivate all the classic grape varieties of the Champagne appellation, with a strong focus on Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. The result: champagnes with character, tension, and a distinctive signature — crafted to be enjoyed.
During this masterclass, you will not only discover the finesse of their cuvées, but also the philosophy behind their work — from regenerative vineyard practices to artisanal vinification. A unique opportunity to taste how heritage, terroir, and innovation come together in one truly exceptional glass of Champagne.
