Entre Dos Aguas Tinto by Taberner Amado is a characterful red wine from Bajo Aragón, which combines three grapes: Garnacha Tinta, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. This blend combines power and elegance with a surprisingly light, accessible structure, from vineyards 15 to 25 years old on chalky clay soils.
The wine is vinified without wood aging to focus on the pure fruit and natural expression of the grapes. This creates a lively and direct style, where freshness and drinkability go hand in hand with depth and complexity.
In the glass, it shows a bright ruby colour. The nose is intense and fruit-driven, with notes of ripe berries, spices and a slight floral touch. On the palate, it is supple and balanced, with soft tannins, fresh acids and a long, harmonious finish.
