2x Derthona Timorasso Colli Tortonesi DOC is a powerful, elegant white wine from Piedmont made from 100% Timorasso grapes. The grapes are harvested only at full aromatic ripeness, followed by a short cold maceration that enhances the finest aromas. Gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel ensure precision and purity, while aging on the lees with regular bâtonnage adds texture, depth, and complexity. In the glass, it shows a bright golden-yellow color that deepens over time. The aromatic profile is layered and refined: elegant floral notes of jasmine and acacia evolve into ripe yellow fruit such as pear and apple, followed by subtle herbal hints and a distinctive mineral tension.
2x 'Ramblé' Timorasso Colli Tortonesi DOC is a full-bodied, creamy white wine from Piedmont made from 100% Timorasso grapes. In the glass, it shines with an intense golden color. The bouquet opens with subtle spicy and balsamic notes, followed by ripe yellow peach and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full and creamy, supported by a powerful yet balanced acidity. The long finish combines ripe fruit, light toast, and refined spice. Sourced from carefully selected vineyards, the grapes are hand-harvested. Fermentation starts in stainless steel and continues in 500L French oak tonneaux, where the wine ages for around 12 months with regular bâtonnage, adding depth and complexity.
2x 'Baloss' Timorasso Colli Tortonesi DOC is a refined, layered white wine from Piedmont made from 100% Timorasso grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested, carefully selected, briefly chilled, and gently pressed to preserve fruit purity. Slow fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature maintains freshness and aromatic precision. The wine then ages on the lees with bâtonnage, adding depth, structure, and balance. In the glass, it shows a bright, intense straw-yellow color with vibrant reflections. The nose is refined and layered, with white flowers, pear, and apple, complemented by herbs and minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and dynamic, with lively acidity, saline tension, and a long, elegant finish.
