Ramblè, a name that refers to quiet wandering and taking time, perfectly reflects the nature of this 100% Timorasso. Sourced from carefully selected plots, the wine is harvested by hand and vinified with precision. Fermentation starts in inox and continues in 500L French oak tonneaux, where the wine matures for about 12 months with regular bâtonnage, adding depth and complexity.
In the glass, an intense golden-yellow colour shines through. The aromatic profile opens with subtle spicy and balsamic notes, followed by riper aromas of yellow peach and vanilla. The wood ageing gives structure without losing freshness, creating a layered and expressive whole.
On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and creamy, supported by powerful but balanced acidity. The long finish combines ripe fruit, light toast and refined spiciness. A wine with storage potential, it develops beautifully over time and is ideal with rich dishes.
