The Finca Vasqueira Castes Brancas from D'Vagar Adegas is a refined white wine that reflects the character of Ribeiro by combining two of the region's most emblematic grape varieties: 70% Treixadura and 30% Godello. The grapes are carefully selected for optimum ripeness from the various plots at Finca Vasqueira, where granite-rich soils and a cool Atlantic climate ensure freshness, tension and aromatic precision.
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and fermented with great care to preserve their natural expression. The wine is then aged for 10 months in both stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. This combination of ageing methods gives the wine extra complexity and structure, while maintaining its lively freshness and pure fruit character. The result is a harmonious wine with elegance, depth and a subtle balance between fruit, minerality and refined wood influences.
With a limited production of only 500 bottles a year, Castes Brancas is an exclusive expression of Ribeiro's terroir. This gourmet white wine pairs excellently with seafood, seafood, poultry and refined Mediterranean dishes. An authentic wine in which tradition, precision and respect for the landscape come together.
