A young, fresh Chardonnay that emphasises pure fruit and liveliness without excessive oak ageing. Notes of white peach, apple and a hint of citrus, with a smooth, pleasantly round finish. Versatile with poultry, light pastas and soft cheeses.

One of the most remarkable wines in the package: a white wine made from red grapes. The Blanc de Noir from Amadís de Gaula preserves the fresh fruit notes of the red grape without colour through rapid pressing.
