The grapes, Grenache and Cinsault, are machine-harvested at night to best preserve their freshness. Direct pressing and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature beautifully preserve the fruity character. This careful approach creates a rosé that is lively and pure, with a clear focus on freshness and elegance.
In the glass, the wine shines with beautiful intensity and enticing aromas of peach and apricot blossom. The palate is fresh, fruity and accessible, perfectly balanced and wonderfully drinkable.
