12 and 13 December: the ONWINE Winemakers’ Festival. Winemakers from all ONWINE countries are coming to the Netherlands to let you taste their best wines.
The 'Les Secrets de Cornille' Rouge Terre de Camargue IGP is a spicy, ruby red wine made from Syrah and Marselan and is best with lamb, duck and mature cheeses.
A ruby red wine with purple reflections with sweet spices and toasted notes in the nose. The palate is ample and structured with enveloped tannins. Lightly fresh and also shows a touch of firmness, indicating good potential for further aging in bottle. The finish lingers with aromas of morels with a toasted tip.
This wine goes perfectly with a leg of lamb, a confit of duck leg or a gardianne de taureau. It will also be delicious with a flavoursome cheese platter.
The cuvée des Secrets comes from a rigorous selection of our best plots. The controlled yields allow us to produce high quality wines. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness. Vinification takes place in concrete cuves. The grapes are pressed under low pressure to reduce tartness. The wines are aged separately in barriques and demi-muids of French oak for 11 months. The assemblage is carried out after tasting each barrel and demi-muids in collaboration with the oenologist.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.

All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
