Montalbera's 'Levoluzione' Barolo DOCG is a full-bodied, balanced red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, and is best enjoyed with braised or roasted beef, full-bodied pasta or game dishes.
Welcome to Serralunga d'Alba, where this beautiful wine comes to life amid Piedmont's enchanting Langhe region. Made from the Nebbiolo grape, with a blend of the Michet and Lampia clones. We opt for the same traditional method, because why change something that's already so good?
After a minimum maturation of 38 months, including 18 months in large casks and French oak barrels, you get a wine that beams at you in an intense ruby red colour, with delicious reflections of pomegranate that tantalises drinkability. This isn't just any colour, it's an invitation to a taste adventure.
