3x 'Fontauro' Rosso DOC Lago di Corbara Riserva Merlot is an elegant, floral wine with spicy aromas and hints of wild berries. On the palate, the wine has a full body with soft tannins and an elegant and harmonious finish. Only 1,900 bottles are produced annually. After the manual harvest, the grapes are pressed and subsequently aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine should be drunk at a temperature of 18°C.
3x 'Campo De Massi' Lago di Corbara Rosso DOC Merlot has a firm mouthfeel with slightly sweet tannins that give the wine extra softness. It is an accessible wine that will not look out of place with almost any course. The vines are planted on limestone using the Guyot method. The grapes are hand-picked, and after pressing, the wine is macerated with the skins for 16 days. Subsequently, two-thirds of the juice is placed in French oak barrels, while the remainder matures in stainless steel tanks. The wine is best enjoyed at a temperature of 16°C.
