The 2020 Pinot Sekt Brut is an elegant and refined sparkling wine made entirely from Spätburgunder grapes. Thanks to traditional flaschengärung and a maturation of no less than 32 months on fine yeasts, this Sekt develops a refined mousse and a special depth. The base wine has spontaneously fermented in wooden barrels for 12 months, creating a complex and layered flavor experience.
In the glass, this Pinot Sekt offers a subtle interplay of brioche and crispy notes, complemented by fresh acidity and a long, harmonious finish. The fine and persistent pearling makes each sip a true experience. With a brut dosage and only 2.9 g/l residual sugar, the wine remains lively and tight, while the fresh acidity provides excellent balance.
