A beautiful pale yellow sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir, the wine gets its bubble from a traditional fermentation in the bottle. With a pressure of 5.8 bar, this is a full sparkling wine with fine bubbles. You can clearly smell the secondary fermentation in the bottle with scents of brioche and bread, but also the smell of orange at the back.
