The “Racémus” Cabernet Sauvignon IGT is a red wine with wonderful structure and depth. With its intense and brilliant purple-red color, it immediately attracts attention. In the nose opens up a rich bouquet of red fruits, especially berries, delicately fused with typical vegetal notes and elegant spicy nuances. These complex aromas are the perfect prelude to a full, balanced and persistent taste experience.
This exclusive wine is made from pure Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, carefully grown at the foot of Monte Baldo at about 350 meters above sea level. After about two months of drying in special rooms, the wine matures for at least five years in oak barrels, followed by a further six-month refinement in bottle. The result is a full-bodied, harmonious wine with impressive aromatic persistence and an alcohol content of 15.5%.
The “Racémus” Cabernet Sauvignon IGT is an excellent choice with rich meat dishes such as roasted meats, stewed dishes and game. It also pairs excellently with aged cheeses. In addition, this wine is perfect as a meditation wine to enjoy in peace. For best results, we recommend opening the bottle two to three hours before serving and serving at 18°C.
