Product description
In this Tasting Case, you'll find three different Rieslings from the prestigious Palatinate region. You'll taste each of these Rieslings twice in the Tasting Case, so you can enjoy them twice!
The following Rieslings are included in the Weingut Heinrich Spindler Tasting Case:
The Erste Lage Riesling from the Herrgottsacker vineyard in Deidesheim is among the finest the Middenhaardt region of the Palatinate has to offer. Only the finest, higher-lying part of this vineyard, above the Weinstraße, is entitled to the prestigious ERSTE LAGE classification. Light, well-drained Buntsandstein dominates here, a soil type that warms up quickly and produces ripe grapes with aromatic intensity.
The 'Beppo' Riesling Trocken is an elegant cuvée that perfectly embodies the nobility and versatility of the Riesling grape. Sourced from several carefully selected plots, with soils of sandstone and shell limestone, this wine beautifully demonstrates how Riesling can express its terroir in meticulous detail.
This "Forster" Riesling Trocken Ortswein is a textbook example of how Riesling can express its origins with crystal clarity. Sourced from top vineyards like Pechstein, Ungeheuer, and Freundstück in the renowned Forst (Palatinate) wine region, this wine offers a sublime blend of power, finesse, and expression.
