Rosé Brioso IGT is a refined sparkling rosé with a pale pink hue, made from 50% Corvina Veronese and 50% Molinara, all hand-harvested with precision. Immediately after harvest, the grapes are destemmed, and the juice remains in contact with the skins for just one night. This brief maceration imparts a delicate color and subtle aromatic complexity. The wine’s fine and persistent perlage makes it ideal for celebratory moments and elegant toasts.
On the nose, it reveals floral notes of white rose and daisy, gently blended with aromas of peach and apricot. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious, and lightly sparkling—delivering a fresh and balanced experience. With only 11% alcohol, it is light yet expressive.
