The Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie Biologico is a white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio that goes well with fish dishes, pasta with fish and risotto.
This Pinot Grigio is characterised by a strong personality and an elegant bouquet full of intoxicating sensations. The wine has a clean, unmistakable aroma that makes it instantly recognisable. The vines grow in the flatlands of Friuli Venezia Giulia, where the cool climate and fresh, fertile and well-ventilated soil provide ideal conditions for growing this grape variety.
Our grapes originate in Azzano Decimo, Pasiano di Pordenone, in the heart of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. This Pinot Grigio is grown with passion according to the Guyot training system. The harvest period runs from 20 August to 15 September, using carefully selected grapes. White vinification, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ensures the preservation of the delicate and distinctive characteristics of this grape variety.
With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol and a slight residual sugar of about 2 g/l, as well as an overall acidity of 5.5 g/l, this wine offers a balanced and refreshing taste. Our organic Pinot Grigio has a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish nuances. The bouquet is characterised by a light scent of fruit, apple and pear, while the taste stands out for its refreshing acidity and good body.
It is an excellent companion for fish dishes, pastas with fish, consommés and risotto.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 12°C and 13°C to bring out all the subtle aromas.
