Castelli's Rosicasasso IGP Rosso Lazio is a sophisticated red wine made from the unique Canaiolo Nero grape from the picturesque hills of Marta in Lazio. At 315 meters above sea level, the grapes grow in ideal conditions, where they are hand-picked to ensure the highest quality. After careful fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees, the wine matures for 6 to 7 months in steel vats. This process gives the Rosicasasso its characteristic balance and complexity.
With its intense red color and enticing aroma of red fruits, the Rosicasasso invites a true taste experience. The wine has an alcohol content of 13% and offers a harmonious combination of soft and dry intensity. At a serving temperature of 16 to 18 °C, the elegant flavors come out at their best.
