Product description
Weingut Pleil's Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is an expressive and powerful white wine from the Weinviertel region. This Sauvignon Blanc combines intense fruit aromas with fresh acidity and spicy complexity, making it come across as both aromatic and elegant. Thanks to the combination of sand, gravel and marl soils, the wine develops a nice balance between ripe fruit, minerality and refined tension.
On the nose, the wine opens with pronounced aromas of cassis, gooseberry and ripe citrus fruits. This is followed by refined notes of white berries, tomato leaf and green pepper, typical of a classic Sauvignon Blanc style. On the palate, it shows full and juicy, with lively acidity, powerful fruit expression and a refined spiciness that lingers long on the finish. The wine has plenty of aromatic depth, without losing its fresh and elegant character.
This Sauvignon Blanc is particularly suitable with Asian dishes, spicy cuisine and spicy dishes where its fresh acidity and aromatic intensity come into their own perfectly. As an aperitif, it also provides a lively and energetic wine experience. A distinct Sauvignon Blanc full of fruit, freshness and character.

To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:

12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
