This Sauvignon Blanc Feinherb from Weinhaus Hans Beth is a surprising and modern interpretation of this grape in the Moselle. Whereas Sauvignon Blanc is traditionally more common in warmer regions, this wine shows that the Moselle climate can also produce special and characterful results.
