Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC is a refined red wine with a deep ruby color and violet reflections. Made from 70% Corvina and Corvinone and 30% Rondinella, the grapes are carefully hand-harvested and lightly dried for 20 days to concentrate their aromas and structure—capturing the soul of Valpolicella’s land and winemaking tradition.
After gentle pressing, the wine reveals an elegant bouquet of cherry, almond, and a subtle touch of tobacco that adds complexity. On the palate, it is dry, warm, and enveloping, with great depth and balance. With 14% alcohol, this wine offers structure without losing finesse, delivering an authentic and harmonious expression.
Highly versatile, it pairs beautifully with classic dishes such as Amarone risotto, pumpkin risotto, roast red meats, and small game.
