The "Vinature Barbera d'Asti DOCG - No added sulfites" is a striking red wine from the renowned Asti region in Piedmont, Italy. Made from 100% Barbera grapes with no added sulfites, it reflects a natural, pure approach to winemaking. It’s ideal with hearty meat dishes like grilled beef or game stews and aged cheeses that enhance its robust character.
With its deep, ruby-red color and bold personality, this wine offers a unique experience. Fermentation occurs in third-use wooden barrels without oxygen, preserving the grapes’ freshness and enriching the wine’s natural structure and texture. The 13.5% alcohol content provides a solid foundation, while the absence of sulfites highlights the Barbera’s purity.
The aroma is rich and typical, featuring ripe red fruit like cherries and plums, with subtle spicy notes adding depth. In the mouth, it’s full, rich, and pleasantly soft, with a balanced finish that invites another sip.
