During the Summer Sips wine tasting, we take you on a journey through exceptional winemakers and introduce you to summery wines you’ve likely never tasted before. Think crisp white wines to pair with your favorite summer dishes, dreamy rosés that transport you to sunny destinations, and fruity yet characterful reds perfect for long evenings under a setting sun.You’ll taste the wines under our guidance as we tell you all about each wine, its maker, and what makes these selections so special. Winemakers Masterclass: Jean-Pol Hautbois (Champagne)
Thursday, May 21 & Friday, May 22
At the end of May, we welcome Fabien from Hautbois Champagne for an exclusive two-day masterclass. From the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry (Montagne de Reims), he will take you on a unique Champagne journey that dates back five generations. The estate manages just 8 hectares of vineyards, where they cultivate all the classic grape varieties of the Champagne appellation, with a strong focus on Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. The result: champagnes with character, tension, and a distinctive signature — crafted to be enjoyed.During this masterclass, you will not only discover the finesse of their cuvées, but also the philosophy behind their work — from regenerative vineyard practices to artisanal vinification. A unique opportunity to taste how heritage, terroir, and innovation come together in one truly exceptional glass of Champagne.

Winemakers Masterclass: Weinreich & Johanninger
19, 20 and 21 June
In June, we’ll be welcoming two leading German wineries to the concept store: Johanninger and Weinreich. Over three days, they’ll take you on a journey into their world of terroir, precision and modern German viticulture. Johanninger works with grapes from several regions and is renowned for its crystal-clear, mineral-driven style and elegant Rieslings and Pinots. Weinreich, rooted in Rheingau, produces accessible yet characterful wines with energy and finesse. During this masterclass, you’ll taste how the regions differ from one another, but also how the wineries complement each other and come together in a truly exceptional blend.
