How does the Premium winemaker subscription work?
The subscription surprises you every month with wines from a small winemaker in a beautiful wine region for a fixed monthly fee, including shipping costs. Upon signing up, you pay for the first month immediately; after that, monthly payments are debited.
How can I cancel my subscription, and can I do this at any time?
You can cancel your subscription monthly, after a minimum of 3 months, by sending an email to [email protected]. Make sure you do this on time to avoid a final payment and delivery.
Will I be kept informed if the price changes?
Absolutely! Should a price change occur, you will be notified at least a month in advance. This gives you the opportunity to cancel before the price change takes effect.
When can I expect my bottles of wine?
Delivery takes place monthly, usually in the second week of the new month. Although we do our utmost to deliver your package to you on time, the delivery time is for indication only.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.

What about the shipping costs?
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery.
All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
