The Rot Cuvée 2022 von Lichti & Astroh is a waste, more elegant Rotwein from the basic segment of the whites Labels, restored from 58% St. Laurent and 42% Portugieser. These Trauben were formed from a combination of Buntsandstein und Kalkstein angebaut and spontaneously lost in small grains of Eichenfässern. Besides the filtration, it preserves the pure character and structure of the wine.
In their natural state, they are floral notes, accompanied by notes of nutes, tobacco and natural objects. The bouquet remembers an einglegte Beeren with subtle notes of Jod, Zimt and a Hauch of Pfeffer. Am Gaumen is the wine smooth, sweet and warm-fruchtig, with Nuancen von Leder, Minze, Schokolade and a Hauch of Fleischbratensoße. The tannin is mild and the substance is smooth and soft, with a mild length.
