Torelli's Alta Langa Rosé is a refined sparkling wine from the heart of Piedmont, produced using the classic method of refermentation in bottle. This prestigious wine comes from the historic Alta Langa DOCG, a designation of origin granted only to sparkling wines from a strictly defined area in the provinces of Cuneo, Asti and Alessandria. It was here in the mid-19th century that the production of sparkling quality wines already began in the famous Canelli cellars.
This rosé is made entirely from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a single harvest, giving it the designation “millesimato.” After secondary fermentation, the wine rests for more than 30 months on its fine yeast cells (sur lie), creating layered complexity and an elegant mousse. The result is an extra brut style, with only 4 to 5 grams of residual sugar per liter, which perfectly embodies the tension between freshness, structure and finesse.
Torelli's Alta Langa Rosé excels in elegance and depth, with refined aromas and a lively freshness that lingers long after. It is a festive wine with character, ideal as a refined aperitif or as an accompaniment to light fish dishes, seafood or a carpaccio of beet and goat cheese.
