'Antéros' IGP Val de Loire is a fresh and lively rosé from Saint Julien de Concelles, made from an elegant blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The wine comes from granite-rich soils and carries the character of the terroir with it in every glass.
In vinification, a combination of 50% heart press and 50% first run juices is chosen, giving 'Antéros' both depth and freshness. The result is a dry, fruity rosé with an open aroma and a clean taste. On the palate, the wine is expressive and invigorating, with a delicate structure that invites a second glass.
With its alcohol content of 12%, this rosé is perfect as a refreshing aperitif or as an accompaniment to light meat dishes. 'Antéros' is an accessible and drinkable wine with character, ideal for sunny moments and cosy tables.
