'Patriarche' Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Loire AOP is a quirky and characterful white wine from Saint Julien de Concelles, in the heart of the Loire. This cuvée is made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne, from granite-rich soils that provide tension, freshness and depth in the glass. In vinification, only the heart of the pressing is used - the so-called 'middle press' - resulting in a concentrated and pure wine. Thanks to its minerality and balance, this is not your average Muscadet, but an expressive interpretation of what the region has to offer.
