The Bardolino Superiore DOCG is a sophisticated red wine with a deep ruby color and delicate violet reflections. This wine, from the southeastern vineyards of Lake Garda, is made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. The result is an intense and persistent aroma of ripe red fruit, which immediately excites the senses.
With an alcohol content of 13%, this wine offers a dry, harmonious and well-structured taste with a distinct character and subtle spicy notes. Thanks to aging in steel tanks for at least one year, followed by a few months of refinement in bottle, the wine develops a nice balance between freshness and complexity.
The Bardolino Superiore DOCG is perfect for first courses with meat sauces, dishes with white meat, poultry and young cheeses.
