San Michele's Vino Spumante di Qualità is an elegant sparkling wine from Lombardia, created to reflect the unique characteristics of the Monte Netto wine region. Through careful selection of Trebbiano and Chardonnay and a refined blend, this wine has a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. The gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and an aging of 24 months in bottle create a refined structure and a sophisticated bubble.
In the glass, the wine reveals bright and layered aromas of saffron, vanilla and summer fruits. The mousse is lively and crisp, while citrusy freshness balances the full-bodied and creamy mouthfeel. The finish is soft and subtly sweet, contributing to a refined and harmonious taste experience. This makes the wine ideal for special moments and festive occasions.
Thanks to its freshness and elegant structure, this spumante is the perfect companion to seafood, seafood, soft white meats and dishes with saffron. Served at a temperature of 6 to 8°C, its refined character comes out at its best.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
