The Tonwerk Berry is a distinctive and surprisingly intense light red wine made from 49% St. Laurent, 36% Pinot Noir and 15% Blaufränkisch. The grapes are fully pressed and fermented with red wine yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation for extra depth and aromatic intensity. This results in a distinctive style with far more depth than a standard rosé. In the glass, it is a clear, light red. The nose is juicy, fruit-driven and surprisingly intense: red berries, cherry and darker fruit, with a subtle spiciness from skin contact. On the palate, it is light-bodied yet flavourful, with fresh acidity, a subtle residual sweetness and an overall dry impression.
Perfect for casual occasions, everyday drinking and creative wine lists. The Tonwerk Berry is a wine for the hospitality industry, catering, events and specialist wine merchants. It is delicious served slightly chilled with charcuterie, light pasta dishes, cheese platters or grilled vegetables. A wine for those who colour outside the lines. Serve chilled at 6–8°C.

All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
