These are the evenings when hours turn into memories, shaped by genuine connections and the desire to stay a little longer. Tonwerk Red is the wine for those evenings.
The Tonwerk Red is a modern red wine that’s easy to drink but has enough structure to complement a classic red wine dinner. The cuvée, comprising 45% Zweigelt, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon and 19% Blaufränkisch, combines the juicy fruit of Zweigelt, the depth and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, and the freshness and spiciness of Blaufränkisch. In the glass, it is deep red. The nose is fruit-driven and smooth: dark cherry, blackberries and blackcurrant with subtle spices and soft tannins. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, dry, with low acidity and a balanced finish. Robust enough for a traditional red wine dinner, but also delicious when served slightly chilled as a summer red.
Perfect for long nights, conversations lasting into the morning and BBQ evenings with friends. The Tonwerk Red is a wine for fine dining, catering, events and specialist wine merchants. It pairs excellently with grilled meat, pasta with tomato sauce, pizza or a platter of mature cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, or slightly chilled at 8–10°C for a summery red wine experience.

All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
