The Bordeaux Blanc 2024 from ABK6 Family Estate is an elegant and modern white Bordeaux that combines classic grape varieties with a fresh, contemporary style. This refined blend is dominated by Sauvignon Blanc and complemented by Sémillon, Colombard, Sauvignon Gris and Muscadelle. Thanks to the collaboration between ABK6’s oenological team and Rolland & Associés, the result is a wine with great aromatic precision, freshness and balance.
In the glass, the wine displays a bright golden-yellow colour with a lively sparkle. On the nose, intense aromas of citrus, exotic fruit and subtle floral notes unfold elegantly. On the palate, the wine is refined and harmonious, with crisp acidity, a soft roundness and delicate pastry-like nuances on the finish. The dominant Sauvignon Blanc gives the wine a crisp and refreshing character, whilst the other grapes add extra depth and aromatic complexity.
This Bordeaux Blanc is a versatile gastronomic wine that pairs excellently with grilled prawns, shellfish and crustaceans, poultry with citrus accents, and refined dishes such as scallop tartare or fennel velouté.
