The Blue Edition 2024 from ABK6 Family Estate is a modern and expressive white wine that brings together innovation, elegance and creativity. This exceptional blend combines the rounded structure of Merlot Blanc de Noirs with the freshness and aromatic finesse of Sémillon, Colombard, Muscadelle and Sauvignon Gris. Developed in collaboration with the renowned oenologists at Rolland & Associés, this cuvée perfectly reflects Francis Abécassis’s contemporary vision of French wine.

In the glass, the wine displays a clear, pale yellow colour with a lively sparkle. On the nose, exotic aromas, citrus notes and floral hints unfold in a fresh and inviting manner. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and refined, with a lovely balance between crisp acidity, juicy fruit and an aromatic finish. Thanks to fermentation at a low temperature of between 16 and 18°C, the fruit expression is optimally preserved, resulting in a modern, pure and approachable style.

This versatile white wine pairs excellently with grilled fish, shellfish and crustaceans, poultry with citrus accents, and lightly spiced dishes such as marinated tuna. Its fresh and elegant character also comes into its own beautifully with Mediterranean dishes, roasted vegetables, tapas and mild, creamy cheeses.
