The Chardonnay 716 Trocken from Winzerhof Ebringen is a refined and expressive white wine that demonstrates just how elegant a Chardonnay from Baden can be. This wine forms part of the special 716 range, a tribute to over 1,300 years of winegrowing history in Ebringen. Thanks to the favourable climate and carefully selected grapes, this Chardonnay harmoniously combines freshness, fruit and finesse.
In the glass, the wine appears clear and inviting. The bouquet is dominated by exotic fruit aromas of pineapple, lemon and banana, which create a lively and appealing olfactory experience. On the palate, it is refined and layered, with a lovely combination of juicy fruit, fresh acidity and an elegant structure. The lively acidity gives the wine tension and length, whilst the fruity expression ensures an accessible and pleasant character.
This Chardonnay is an excellent choice as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with fish dishes, poultry, light pasta dishes and summer salads. Thanks to its fresh style and aromatic character, it is the ideal companion for long summer evenings on the terrace. A modern Chardonnay that perfectly combines elegance, drinkability and terroir.
