This refined white wine is a harmonious blend of Souvignier Gris and Helios, two modern grape varieties that complement each other beautifully. On the nose and palate, its elegance is immediately apparent: notes of white peach, lychee and quince form a subtle, fruity attack. This is followed by a lively palette with juicy, fresh acidity and hints of green apple that give the wine its invigorating character.
A maturation sur lie gives the wine extra depth and a creamy finish. The finish is slightly spicy and surprisingly soft, with fine nuances of chamomile and almond that linger elegantly. This wine is ideal to serve at a temperature of 10Ā°C, where its fresh and layered character comes into its own.
