Why ONWINE
The difference from an ordinary wine supplier
Through an importer
Importer, wholesaler and distributor all sit between the winemaker and your gift. A big part of the price goes to links that never made the wine.
Big houses are distributed widely. Chances are your business gift or wine list could just as well be at your competitor's.
A label says little. Who made the wine, why it tastes the way it does and what was different this year: you rarely hear it.
Through ONWINE
There's nobody between the cellar and your gift. So the winemaker keeps a fair price for his work, and you don't pay for the chain.
The winemakers we work with produce small runs, often 200 to 10,000 bottles. What you give or pour is guaranteed not to be on a supermarket shelf, whether it's organic, biodynamic or classic Italian wine.
Every wine can come with a short film of the winemaker himself: how he made the wine and how best to enjoy it. You're not giving a bottle, you're giving an introduction.

Personalisation
Wine with your own label: personalised wine with custom labels
The flyer and packaging always come in your house style. Beyond that, your own label on the bottle itself is possible too: your design, name or company logo, with no sticker over the original. It works on almost any wine in the range, from red to sparkling, but it's true bespoke work and takes more time.

Corporate wine tasting in Amsterdam, Utrecht or at your location
Looking for an original team building activity, company outing or client evening? We take your team along to the winemakers we work with, from Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria and the Netherlands. Wines nobody has had in their glass before, with the story behind them.
In our wine shops in Amsterdam and Utrecht we host masterclasses with the winemaker himself: he pours, he tells the story, your team asks the questions. If the group can't come to us, our sommeliers come to you. And if your team is spread out, the winemaker still joins the table through the digital wine tasting, with a film for every wine. What clients usually ask us first
What does ordering wine for your business cost at ONWINE? ▾
For corporate gifts and Christmas hampers: one bottle from €20 excl. VAT, three bottles from €45 and six bottles from €75. The final price depends on the wines we choose together. There's no volume discount, so the price per gift doesn't change with the quantity. The wine subscription has its own prices, shown in the block above. For restaurants and hotels we make separate arrangements.
Can I choose the wines myself? ▾
Yes, that's the starting point. Everything we do for businesses is tailor-made: we sit down with you and put together the selection that suits your company, your guests or your clients.
Can I get wine with my own label? ▾
Yes, as bespoke work. The flyer and packaging come in your house style as standard. Your own label on the bottle with your design, name or company logo is possible too, for a business gift, a Christmas hamper or your own house wine. It takes more time and money; we'll tell you upfront what's feasible.
What is the digital wine tasting? ▾
With every wine we can include a short film in which the winemaker himself explains how he made that wine and how best to enjoy it. So the recipient gets not just a bottle, but also the face and the story behind it.
Are corporate wine gifts tax-deductible? ▾
Tax rules for gifts to clients and to employees differ per country, and between the two. We're a wine merchant, not a tax adviser, so check the amount and the form with your accountant. We'll give you a proper invoice with everything on it.
Can you ship to individual addresses? ▾
Yes. Send us one list of names and addresses and we'll ship to each address. Collection from or delivery to one location is of course also possible.
Do you deliver in Belgium and Germany? ▾
Yes. The winemakers ship from all over Europe, and we deliver to businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
