Weingut Pleil is a family business from the Weinviertel region where wine has been made for generations. For Christian Pleil, it was therefore a matter of course to devote his life to wine. After his training at the renowned winemaking school in Klosterneuburg, he gained international experience during internships in Germany, California, South Africa and Australia. With this broad knowledge, he eventually took over the parental winery in Wolkersdorf. Today, this international outlook combined with a deep connection to the Weinviertel forms the basis of his modern and authentic wine style.
