Cascina Giovinale is the life's work of Bruno Ciocca, born in Nizza Monferrato, right in the historic heart of Piedmont's Barbera region. In the 1980s, he bought an old farm surrounded by seven hectares of vineyards at a time when both the wine sector and the Barbera grape were going through difficult times. Where others saw mostly challenges, Bruno saw opportunities. Driven by his dream of growing exceptional grapes and producing a top-quality Barbera, he embarked on an ambitious project to breathe new life into the estate and unleash the full potential of the terroir.
