The Nebula Nature Metodo Classico Brut is a refined spumante that lives up to its name with a thin and velvety perlage. Made using the classic method, it comes from vineyards facing southeast at 350 meters altitude, where the grapes are hand-picked using the guyot method. Its white color sparkles in the glass, promising the freshness and elegance this spumante offers, rooted in careful tradition.
Its aroma delights the senses: elderberry and hawthorn flowers bring soft, fresh nuances, while citrus and yellow fruit blend with hints of aromatic herbs. Fermented in steel at 15-18 °C for 15 days, without malolactic fermentation, it keeps these lively flavors pure. After 30 months of aging in a champagne bottle with a natural cork, it gains a fine complexity that keeps surprising.
On the tongue, this spumante is fresh, fruity, elegant, and balanced, with a perlage that caresses the palate. Serve it chilled between 6 and 8 °C, great as an aperitif or with light dishes like seafood and fresh salads, and enjoy its timeless class.
