12 and 13 December: the ONWINE Winemakers’ Festival. Winemakers from all ONWINE countries are coming to the Netherlands to let you taste their best wines.
Bernard Ellwanger's “CCC Rosé” is an elegant and surprising rosé made from three exceptional Cabernet grapes: Cortis, Cubin and Jura. By pressing the grapes slowly, the juiciness is optimally preserved, resulting in a lively and fresh wine. The beautiful salmon pink color immediately invites tasting, and the aroma reveals notes of cassis and cherries, complemented by a spicy hint of thyme and oregano.
