The Rouge 2021 wine from Domaine Herrebouc's 'l'esprit' series is a red from Tannat (70%),
Cabernet Sauvignon(10%), Merlot (10%), Cabernet Franc (10%). Domaine Herrebouc's 'L'esprit' - series embodies the true nature of the Sud Ouest region.

The grapes were partly hand-picked and partly machine-picked and has an organic label. The red wine has an alcohol content of 13.5%.
The difference from the 2021 Vintage is the composition in grapes, but also the difference in mouthfeel. The 2019 is distinguished by a firmer mouthfeel and is therefore a lot more expressive than the 2021 vintage.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
