First and only sparkling wine made from the Ormeasco grape!
Duezerosette is an exceptional sparkling wine made entirely from the indigenous grape variety ormeasco, sourced from vineyards located higher than 600 metres above sea level. This exceptional location creates grapes with fresh acidity and distinct character, giving this spumante a unique elegance and structure. The wine is produced according to the metodo classico, with minimal skin softening and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a long ageing of at least 60 months on fine lie in the cellar.
In the glass, duezerosette shows as a refined rosé with a bright, crystalline brilliance. The bouquet is rich and layered, with pronounced aromas of cherries and subtle notes of bread crust. The mousse is refined and persistent, while the palate is soft, harmonious and elegant, with a long, refreshing finish that reflects the quality of the grape and the craftsmanship in the cellar.
Duezerosette is not only the first sparkling wine made entirely from ormeasco, but also a versatile companion at the table. It lends itself perfectly as an aperitif, but can effortlessly accompany a full meal, from sophisticated fish dishes to white meat and light cheeses. Served at a temperature of 6 to 8 degrees, its character comes into its own.
